UpstreamCount on Ossy International to provide drilling engineers and contracts to your upstream project.
Ossy International, Inc Oil and gas drilling and exploration companies need experienced tradesmen and engineers to build and operate their wells. However, these roles are limited to the project duration, resulting in the extensive use of temporary and outsourced workers. In fact, legal requirements dictate that many of these positions are outsourced roles, not employees of the drilling organization. With increased drilling activity and growing demand for upstream contractors, energy companies need a proven partner that provides experienced team members and the necessary safety protocols to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. Our automated workflows streamline processes efficiently—from recruiting and background checks to contract execution, rate and time tracking, invoicing and even payment. We help our oil and gas clients adhere to safety and compliance regulations, using proprietary technology that alerts clients and our team when the hierarchy of controls slips from the most effective stage. Critical to the oil and gas industry, our commitment to safety and compliance is integral to our company culture.
