It understands that providing a safe and healthy workplace is part of its moral and ethical responsibility and extends its strong safety culture to assist its clients with all levels of exposures with awareness, communication, education, and safe working methods to prevent and reduce work related injuries in the workplace.

Our Story
Ossy International, Inc. was established by Shecky Ray. Ossy is one of the sole placement firms that provides workforce solutions for the oil and gas sector.
Ossy originated with a vision that was intertwined with the commitment to providing workforce solutions to companies while providing safe workplace environments to its recruited talent.
We stand by our mission, purpose, and always keep our OSSY promise.
Our Team
Prior to establishing Ossy International, Inc. Shecky Ray dedicated over ten years serving the oil and gas sector in various capacities. She obtained exposure in legal processes, financial analytics, DOT, and safety and compliance. While servicing in those sectors, she recognized a paralleled consistency with certain ideologies she learned in her younger years.
Born Sheherazada "Shecky" in a country ravaged by war, as a young child she experienced and witnessed the hardship to those around her, including her own, as they sought the freedom and opportunity for a better future.
After Immigrating to the U.S., Shecky persevered obtaining carious business degrees while volunteering to help Non-profit organizations. As her professional career progressed, she recognized the consistency with employers, employees, and her own quest for an opportunity as a child. All consistently sought progress, success, and finding the right people to help. The people willing to help were simply looking for the opportunity to do so. Thus Ossy International, Inc. was formed, intended to serve as a bridge for those seeking help (workforce solutions), and those seeking opportunities.
Ossy is the bridge connecting two worlds that should always operate as one.
From 2016 to 2020, Sarah was an active volunteer at the Longhorn Project.
She was motivated to join Ossy International, Inc. and help companies connect with candidates seeking opportunities.
Turtle Cares
Ossy International strongly supports community involvement, and we lead by example. This is why we ventured out and formed Turtle Cares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to community service – from philanthropic work in local schools to connecting Houston children with the active-duty military through a pen pal program.
